The purpose of this site is to cast more light towards the puzzling phenomenon of employees being asked to go back to the office after the COVID19 pandemic.
Many of us still struggle to see how a win for employees cannot lead to a better outcome for the companies too.
While we acknowledge that being able to work remotely is a privilege not accorded to all, it remains important to advocate for a better world in which work harmonizes into this short transient life.
